Meet our Client Services team

The client service team members work directly with our clients and our financial advisors to make sure all the details of client accounts are implemented properly and promptly.

Sarah Brown

Client Service Account Specialist

Sarah BrownA Seattle native, Sarah holds a bachelor's degree in English literature from the University of Washington. She joined our firm from American Express Financial Advisors.

Sarah enjoys watching live music as well as spending time with her 3 sisters, parents and friends, reading and exploring Seattle.

Kim Bourassa

Client Service Account Specialist

Kim BourassaKim is one of our most experienced team members, having joined the company in 1989.

On a more personal note, Kim is a big supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the American Diabetes Association, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, St. Jude Hospital and the American Cancer Society. Kim, who grew up in the Northwest and now lives in Kirkland, also enjoys animals, reading and spending time with her husband, Randy, and their son, Alexander.

Lowell Lombardini-Parker

Lowel Lombardini-ParkerBorn and raised in Washington, Lowell graduated from the University of Washington in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in economics. He enjoys reading, playing the guitar, running and spending time with friends.

Lane Lucas

Client Service Account Specialist

Lane LucasA Washington native, Lane holds a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences from the University of Washington. She joined Merriman Berkman Next from Charles Schwab & Co, where she also worked as a Client Service representative.

Lane enjoys taking her dog to Magnuson Park as well as spending time with her older brother and parents.

Bob Moles

Client Service Account Specialist

Bob MolesBob was born and raised in Edmonds, Washington. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Organizational Communications, Bob worked for Vanguard assisting clients with their 401(k)s.

Bob enjoys all sporting activities and spends most weekends staying active with his wife and black lab.

Scott Rothman

Scott RothmanBefore he came to Merriman, Scott worked in the retail shoe industry for 15 years in the Los Angeles area.

A sports fanatic, Scott works out regularly and spends as much time as he can with friends.

Molly St. Clair

Client Service Account Specialist

Molly holds a bachelor of science degree in economics from the University of Oregon and previously lived in San Francisco, where she worked in research for Thomas Weisel Partners and a family office hedge fund.

In her off hours, Molly is an avid fan of college sports and enjoys travel, running and exploring Seattle with her husband and their golden retriever.
